SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON THE RELEASE OF THE FIRST DECADE

We are in the midst of preparing all the paperwork while awaiting the arrival of The First Decade by Vivy Yusof to our store. 

Few expectations that we would like to highlight : 

1. Please ensure your mailing address is correct and complete. We are using DHL courier which is very particular on the details. (eg : postcode and complete address) 

Addresses that is rejected due to incomplete address given by the buyer will be subject to redelivery fees and to be borne by buyer. 

2. The published date of the book is on 11th December 2022 which falls on Sunday. (Is Vivy's birthday too!) No early release is allowed. Any sellers releasing earlier than the given date will be penalised. 

We will post the pre-order by batches beginning 12th December 2022 and latest by 16th December 2022. The sequence is based on your preorder date. (12th December 2022 is public holiday for Selangor.) 

Tracking link will be given once we had posted out the parcel. Do monitor the delivery status. TWO failed attempts from the courier will bound to return to sender. Any return parcel will be subject to redelivery fees and to be borne by the buyer. 

3. Lastly, do expect some delay as December is a peak season - Christmas and 12.12 sales on all e-commerce platform.
